Acne books: Can you trust them?
Its unbelievable how many acne books are out on the market these days. I've seen so many acne free in 3 days reviews that I decided to go ahead and make one myself. Off the top of my head, I can think of about 10 different ones, and out of those 10, I have read half. It's a shame that many books which are geared towards overall general health have actually been more helpful than the acne specific books like acne free in 3 days. There are however, a few exceptions, which is the reason for this article.
The 3 day apple fast revisited
If you have been reading the articles recently, you may have read my article bashing the 3 day apple fast book, and my opinion remains the same. If anything, acne free in 3 days is currently the most popular one on the Internet because it has a really good sales page and lots of positive reviews. It triggers people to feel horrified and then offers a very fast solution for relatively cheap. Unfortunately, if you scour out messageboards you'll quickly find that the success rate is very limited. Fortunately, they offer a 100% money back garantee, so if you ever feel like trying it, you can get your money back when it doesn't work.
