This is one part that no one really wants to talk about, and that's why I left it for last. Colonics are very powerful and they have been touted by many as the final answer to acne. Of course, no one really wants to do a colonic so it's often avoided.

That being said, I have never talked to anyone who has done a colonic and NOT seen an improvement in their skin. Apparently a series of colonics is required but many people swear by this approach and I felt I should mention it.

Colonics can be very useful for adults who've had years to backup their digestive system. It can also be used to promote weight loss and remedy various other health problems.
