How fat effects acne

How come you see so many 'health nuts' taking omega 3 and 6 for acne. How can so many people obsessed with health have have acne ? I'm just painting a stereotype here, but haven't you noticed that many of them are thin, eat a lot of natural foods that most people have never heard of and still seem to break out every once in a while? They eat tons of fruit, vegetables and take omega 3 and omega 6 supplements for acne. Let's explore the reasons for this.

There was a theory proposed by a team of researchers that suggested that some people might react faster and more intensely than others, Hypersensitivity. Now why would some people be more sensitive than others?

In general, people who eat a lot have higher fat reserves. Having additional fat can be beneficial in two ways. First and foremost, digestion. If you are eating more, then usually your body will be processing more food, you'll have more bowel movements and consequently your body will be cleaner of toxins.

More on fats

Also, fats tend to lubrificate your body and soften the skin tissue. It is presumed that your body operates more efficiently when you are consuming the correct proportions of fat.

What fats? Why?

Lastly, fats might or might not act as a buffer in your body, slowing down certain reactions and reducing spikes that produce acne.

So which fats should I eat?

A lot of fats commonly found in fries, burgers and so on are bad for you & your health.

I hate to say this (no really, I've been against this for a long time) but eating those fatty foods MIGHT be better than eating no fats at all. Ideally, you would want to get natural fats Make your own chicken, your own burgers, your own fish and eat some often. Now I'm not saying eating meat is the ideal solution, but it is definately a good source of fat. If anything, try increasing your consuming of good fats on a daily basis and monitor your results. Eat more, move more and your acne should improve.
I have purposely decided to stay clear of the omega 3 and 6 for acne discussion because no one is really sure what the correct ratio is, and even if we did know what it was, there's no way to know how much you're eating.
However, the general consensus is that most people lack omega 3 and we get too much of omega 6 & 9. This is why there are no specific omega 6 products for acne but there are tons of omega 3 oils for acne treatment.

Update! Some people have taken supplements of fats and broken out. Find out why here.
