I will tell you from experience the sun is the ONLY way I have been able to see any improvement in my skin. I have tried EVERYTHING….about 10 different oral meds, 30 different lotions and nothing has worked. I am 38 and have had acne most of my life. Over the past week I go outside (without sunscreen) and it is like I have all new skin….it has made a world of difference. Yes I still have hyperpigmentation with the scarring, but the cystic welts are going down and the color is no longer red. Now if only I could get rid of the Melasma…I sound like a walking skin nightmare, but it is getting better.

lemon water cleans your inside as well as it’s good as a weight loss.

It really depends on how you mix it. I usually use 1 & 1/2 of lemon and just pour in bottle and shake it..

You can’t have tap water because it’s contains a certain chemical which cleans the water travelling to your tap. It’s not harmful as you know, but thats why you must buy water from the store as it’s
purified.

100% agree. It was these chemicals that on-set an acne problem for me. Before I just had a few here and there, but once I started doing bp twice a day my skin was hooked and killed my skins appearance overall once I stopped using it. Recovering…

I started about a month ago using lemon juice on my acne, both at night and in the morning. I have seen AMAZING results!!! I’m blown away by this, seeing how I am 34 going on 35 and have had acne since I was 12!! I also have another more serious skin condition called Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) It’s a mild case, but there is NOTHING that can be done to treat it aside from rounds of antibiotics that don’t work after you stop taking them! Anyhoo, I’ve seen drastic improvements in that as well!! Another thing I use only at night, after I rub the lemon juice on is Organtic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It’s really helped even out my skin tone, keeps my skin soft and gives me a nice healthy glow. It’s also great for acne scars!!! Try it, it won’t clog pores and the only side effect ( which only applies to night time) is you smell like a salad. I use just a dab, smaller than a dime. I wake up, skin looking awesome and it’s getting so I don’t even need make up!! I wish I would have found this years ago!

I had to cut out fruits to cure my acne. Having cakes and clear soda do not make me break out. It’s a relief after suffering 20 years with acne.Just want to share too that rice had made me gotten cystic acne, so all the acne sufferers need to trace foods for allergy. Consume foods that are easily digistable by your body, each idividual digestion is different.

make sure to wash your pillow cases and sheets frequently, because when you sleep at night all the junk from your face and body rub off on your bed and if your sleeping it all right on your body which promotes acne.
