I have tried everything and nothing seemed to work..I have also been adding more fruits and vegies and staying away from pasta and such but I have done this in the past with not much success..but since I added salmon to my diet (I did buy farm salmon because thats all that was available) But it really has made a difference and my husband even commented and said your skin has cleared up! Its really a cheap fix and I put a little seasoning on it and only have a small square...amazing!!! Why havent I heard more of this???
